As a Miner, you provide real hashpower to DogeLayer by connecting your mining devices through a proxy. Your compute contributes to decentralized mining validation, and you are rewarded proportionally based on your performance.

DogeLayer miners:

• Perform real hash computation
• Connect to mining pools through a proxy
• Provide measurable hashrate data to validators
• Participate in decentralized reward distribution

🧰 Requirements

To operate as a miner, you must have:

1. Docker

Installed on every target machine running miner components.

2. Docker Compose

Installed on all machines for container orchestration.

3. Bittensor Wallet

You must create and configure a coldkey + hotkey on each server.

4. Subnet Registration

Your wallet must be registered on the DogeLayer subnet (netuid=*).

5. TAO Staking (Optional for Miners)

• Validators require staking
