After staking, users receive a cryptographic Key that allows them to register backend validators. Running your Key links your compute contribution to the network, enabling active participation and TAO earning.

Functionality:

• Receive exclusive miner/validator Key after staking
• Key used to register and launch back-end mining/validation node

Steps:

1. Copy the generated Key (hotkey)

1. Paste into your backend CLI tool (e.g. btcli, Axon config)

2. Ensure backend node is running and connected

3. Monitor activation status on dashboard
