Overview

Elastic Block Storage, also known as cloud disks, can be categorized into system disks and data disks based on their use. Cloud disks are characterized by high availability, reliability, performance, and scalability, making them suitable for use as expandable storage for cloud servers and elastic container services.

Operation Scenarios

In the cloud server console, you can view information about associated disks through the following two methods:

  1. List View: View partial disk information on the instance list page.

  2. Detail View: View detailed disk information on the instance details page.

Steps

List View

  1. Log in .

  2. In the left navigation tree, select “Servers” to navigate to the cloud server list page.

  3. Customize filter criteria as prompted on the page to locate the target instance.

  4. On the instance list page, you can view disk information, including a summary of the total number of disks categorized into system disks and data disks.

Detail View

  1. Log in .

  2. In the left navigation tree, select “Servers” to navigate to the cloud server list page.

  3. Locate the instance for which you want to view details and click its “Instance ID” to access the instance details page.

  4. On the desired instance’s page, select the “Disk” tab to switch to the disk list.

  5. On the disk list page, you can view various details, including basic information, operational status, disk type, configuration details, and billing information.
